Our team designed/developed an agile project monitoring/management system for the Border Systems Programme at HMRC:
- Implemented a unified backlog across eight projects; reducing cost by 30% through consolidation of overlapping requirements.
-Established a multi-stage SDLC; ensuring open, honest and transparent monitoring through JIRA dashboard open to all stakeholders.
-Championed ‘Knowledge-Hub’; holding artifacts including: features/journeys/environments/systems/specifications/services/end-points/schema/releases/programmes/projects-details; facilitating transparent view of project progress for all stakeholders whilst ensuring ‘once-source-of-truth’.
-Designed/implemented Deployment Data Manager, giving real time monitoring of all deployable artefacts across all environments for multiple programmes; facilitating audit trail of features from code, through deployments to live service.
