Problem: Royal Mail had workforce planning and retention issues; requiring in-depth analysis of data through Machine Learning (ML).
-Made recommendations for a ML platform/process.
-Collaborated with Royal Mail staff to identify staff groups; establishing risks/issues blocking retention.
-Established ETL process for leveraging existing datasets; iteratively developing algorithms for use by ML development teams.
-Collaboratively established a governance process for ML data-use.
-Established ML POCs against use cases; supporting in-house development teams.
-Agreed agile development process progression metrics and success criteria.
Outcome: Successfully collaborated with client achieving Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live; improving staff retention through improved workforce planning.
