UI/UX design, user research for national data solutions

Ford required an International data solution for their Sales data.

Our team iteratively completed UI/UX Design and user research for a Global Sales Data Warehouse; working collaboratively with stakeholders:

-Identified the audience, creating user-personas for anticipated functionality.

-Defined functional/non-functional requirements based on user-research; prioritising backlog based on business value.

-Established a data dictionary and created design patterns for agreed functions.

-Created wireframes for usability testing; feeding stakeholder comments back into development process.

-Developed HTML prototypes, utilising branding from design agency, for user experience testing. Feedback leveraged to enhance backlog for ongoing development.

This resulted in:

-Successful delivery to 10+ APAC countries.

-Warehouse extended to include EMEA and US regions.
