-Implemented configurable multi-stage recruitment-pipeline; allowing bespoke recruitment pipelines creation utilising reusable components: candidate details capture/CV scoring/remote & face-to-face interview scoring/candidate screening scoring.
-Designed/developed conditional faceted filtering of jobs/roles; allowing user-centric search facility for desired roles.
-Designed/developed interactive role management Dashboard; allowing scoring for individual stages of recruitment process, conditional automated notifications and automated candidate ordering based on scores - enforcing objective recruitment based on agreed criteria.
