Ford required an International data solution for their Sales data.
Our team worked collaboratively with stakeholders to manage the Global Sales Data Warehouse:
-Managed prioritised backlog for 100+ stakeholders for Extract (20+ data sources) Transform Load process, dashboards, reports and drill-downs using Rally.
-Proactively managed backlog, feature burn-down and RACI; generating real-time dynamic status.
-Managed architecture, analysis, design, development and deployment leveraging Scrum and Kanban.
-Trained/mentored new Scrum Masters/Product Owners.
This resulted in:
-Successful delivery to 10+ APAC countries, then extended to include EMEA and US regions.
-Analytics improved efficiency of manufacture process by 10+% and customer satisfaction by 15%.
