HMRC required more user-centric ‘agile’ development.
Our team leveraged extensive Agile experience:
-Acting as Business Analyst, representing business as pseudo-Product Owner, within Scrum Team in Scaled Agile Framework Environment; delivering complex integrations working with multiple development teams across a complex organisational structure.
-Deputising/assisting Scrum Master duties during Scrum-of-Scrums working with in-house teams and third-party suppliers.
-Working with DevOps team utilising Kanban for deployments.
-Leveraging Lean techniques to optimise development process during retrospectives.
-Developed and refined backlog as product owner
This resulted in a reduction of development effort by 50% per interface compared to incumbent third-party supplier.
