Our team completed successful iterative interaction/UX design at MediaPharm ; working collaboratively with stakeholders:
-Identified the audience, creating user personas for anticipated functionality.
-Defined functional and non-functional requirements based on user research; prioritising backlog based on business value.
-Established a data dictionary and created design patterns for agreed functions.
-Created wireframes for usability testing; feeding stakeholder comments back into development process.
-Developed HTML prototypes, utilising branding from design agency, for user experience testing. Feedback leveraged to enhance backlog for ongoing development.
-Conducted full functional and non-functional testing; ensuring all requirements are met.
