HEE were introducing a bi-directional interface with an NHS system to fix numerous interface issues.
Our team managed stakeholders/communications:
-Met face to face with NHS team; listening to their concerns and learning their goals.
-Produced clear information through documents, tables, diagrams and presentations that were then discussed with individual stakeholders and at shared governance meetings.
-Identified some of the issues the HEE system caused, explained how we were addressing them and requirements from the NHS team and reasons why.
This resulted in an agreed solution and deescalated the combative environment; fostering more open communication.
