Demonstrable experience of acting as conduit between development team and stakeholders in translating requirements into both technical and non-technical speak/language to facilitate communications and engagement

HMRC required complex integrations between disparate COTS, Legacy and bespoke systems; for a data-centric solution using Java-Microservices on AWS.

Our team acted as a conduit between developers/stakeholders:

-Worked closely with non-technical stakeholders translating business requirements into technical specifications.

-Worked closely with Architects to provide solution options and clear recommendations.

-Led the development effort as pseudo-Product Owner on behalf of the business, demonstrating technical solutions to non-technical audiences and explaining how these met the business requirements.

-Collaborated on projects through Discovery, Alpha and Beta; successfully passing each phase.

This resulted in the new service designs/implementations being signed off by business.
