Our consultants work with HMRC to plan/deliver the complex Brexit-critical Customs Declaration Service and Border Systems Programme Transformation Programmes under a Scaled Agile Framework Environment; leveraging Roadmap Based Planning and reporting in an Iterative Waterfall Framework.

We lead collaborative initiatives at Programme Increment Planning; planning 10-week increments and then coordinating delivery on a sprint-by-sprint basis ensuring parallel Feature development by 10+ component teams; ensuring just-in-time-delivery of all components for integration.

We track low-level task/User-Story development, through JIRA, ensuring that the re-structured Backlog automatically feeds Task/User-Story updates into Features/Epics. This resulted in automated, up-to-date reporting of feature development from a single source of truth; allowing Release Management planning/tracking against the agreed Roadmap for Senior Management (including briefings for Director of Customs Transformation at HMRC for Public Accounts Committee Hearings).
