•Leading the integration teams for Programme’s Release-Train-Engineers.

•Adopt Waterfall,when required;retaining agile-techniques/practises that enhance quality/reduce-risk.

•Embedding in-house personnel providing on-the-job training/experience and providing legacy documentation.
